Meeting Minutes for November 19, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 2:30 PM at the Kings Point North Clubhouse Theater.

Marcia Coyle led the Pledge of Allegiance.

129 members were present at today's meeting.

A special note of thanks goes to our Hospitality Committee Members for their help in making our

meetings possible.

Draft minutes for last month's meeting were emailed to members and posted on the club website.  A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes as submitted.

Guest Speaker for today's meeting:  

Mary Maloney from Cruise Planners

The annual election of Club Officers has been completed, and the incumbent Board has been re-elected.

2026 Dues collection began at the meeting.

The next meeting will be on the normal third Wednesday of the month, December 17th at 2:30 pm in the theater.

Upcoming Gun Shows:  Tampa December 6 & 7,  Palmetto December 20 & 21.

Treasurers Report:  John Vinas submits the report every month, the current total amount

in the club checking account is $2217.50

We have a “Free Table” at our meetings.  Feel free to bring any unwanted items to add, and be sure to check it out at each meeting for something you might find useful.

The voting for the Photo Contest is done online enabling all members to vote for the winners.

Photos should be taken by or of members.  No photos taken from the internet will be accepted.

Mike McClintic has handicap targets on hand and members are encouraged to participate. If anyone needs the targets contact Mike at:  racermikey@hotmail.com, they also have them at Gun Craft Range.

Winners received either a Club Logo Hat or $20 cash.
